Location
You can collect data on macroinvertebrates in places that have fresh water or any location that has water, such as ponds, lakes, streams and rivers.The locations where we collected data was at North Pond, Lily Pond, Diversey Harbor, South Lagoon, and South Pond
Goal/Purpose
The goal of this project is to see if there is a difference between the macroinvertebrates found in each body of water. If there’s a common species or other macroinvertebrates and identify it.What we would like to learn is the common species of each body of water. A way that people can contribute to this project is to follow the steps and record the species they see in the body of water.
